Meal prepping can be such a task but the end result is having food available at your convenience. This can aid in so much of your weight loss goals. If you can stay on a routine and consistent and know what you're putting in your body, it can go a long way!! Here is what my kitchen was full of this morning!! Everything is homemade I don’t buy pre-made burgers or meatballs.
One meal is organic lean turkey sriracha meatballs with little potatoes and green beans.
2nd meal was organic chicken spinach feta burgers with baked brussel sprouts and organic brown rice pasta….and remember that pesto sauce I made yesterday, the pasta is tossed in a little pesto!! What are some of your meals you prep?
